This wagon was a fun little project I built for my niece’s 2nd birthday. The wheels were intended for a heavy-duty garden wagon, but I liked the rugged look and figured the thick rubber and high clearance would be nice if they ever take it over rough terrain. Most of the stock used here is birch plywood except for the frame which is common pine. An aluminum strip and some wooden slots secures the sides in place while remaining functionally removable. I used the CNC router to engrave the sides to personalize it. It’s painted pink and finished with a water-based polyurethane.
